In 1975, Karel Gott released an album, which actually is a huge non-stop mix of Czech folk and national songs, sung in Czech and German. And nevertheless, even this genre does not mean any problem for Karel Gott, on contrary, he feels home in it. From the whole album you can recognize that he is singing with verve, appetit and joy. It definitelly is not a boring, old-fashioned folk music of our grandmas and grandpas. In 1990, Karel recorded a similar album, called Frühling in Prag mit dir (A Sping in Prague With You) - no song mix now, but full lenght takes. This album was released on CD as well, but the tracklist was changed and some tracks were not realised any more as well.
