Or Karel Gott - the golden voice of Prague - the best of the TV show with the same title of Karel Gott. It is an album of songs, which Karel Gott presented in his own TV show on ZDF, but it was a new, serial album as well. It is a very good, colourful album with several hits. Any czech listeners will definitelly recognize Die Legende von Babylon, Bitte mach kein Licht Susanne (where in Czech version is no speach, as it is in this original German version) or a version of the song Una furtiva lagrima, which he recorded for Supraphon in later years. Even the musical hit Tonight, Blueberry Hill and the famous Singing in the Rain or Donizetti's La Danza (this record is a classical one and far better than the czech version - a real masterpiece). But megahit (among others in the charts of Radio Luxembourg) became the song Das Mädchen aus Athen.
