In 1973, Karel Gott recorded a new album, which with its character belongs still to the early 70's, meant in a good sense. Disco rhytms, which begin to appear on later albums can hardly be found here, but there are lots of beautiful melodies, in which Karel Gott shows not only his voice scale, but even an ability of feeling of the song atmosphere. A superhit here is without any doubt the fairy-tale title song from the film fairy-tale Three Nuts for Cinderella, which has become the second most successful Czech fairy-tale film song of all times, but Russian compose Já brány otvírám or English church anthem Amazing grace have also become hits. On the CD re-edition, we can find interesting bonuses as well.
