VHS Supraphon (CS) 140014

During 1988, the first separate VHS of Karel Gott was released, it is composed of videoclips of successful songs from the beginning of his career, as well as from live recordings from his concerts, in the way that Karel Gott sings one song live and present the next one, which is shown in videoclip - all the songs are exchanging in this way. It's a nicely made VHS, which on the opposite of the first DVD, is not so hurrying. Really nice is the fact that Karel Gott presents his songs himself - it's not only a pure overview of recordings. He presents the songs during the years 1984-86 on his concerts in the sold-out Lucerna (annual concert) and in the Prague T-mobile arena (Sport hall in the past, concert of 1985). The last part of the VHS is made by video versions of the songs from the album Posel dobrých zpráv and again live recordings, this time series of duets from the Christmas concert '86, again from the T-mobile arena.
