This is the name of the name of an album in the CD edition Complete, which includes all of his records on singles, from 1965-66. It represents his late production of early period, which means the ear of the Apollo theatre, where the hits followed hits, eg. C'est la vie, Pošli to dál, Bum bum bum... Album documents passing from early jazz, twist and rock'n'roll period to modern mainstream and may evoke somewhat return to early 50's - a time of calm melodies, which will be in next season (album Hlas můj necht tu znít) really out of date. The voice of Karel Gott is still rough, immature, but it has already reached its size and self-confidence and he starts to sing cantilena hits, as if he wanted to present himself this way. Let's mention Má me ráda or V máji. The singles come mostly from Czech production, there were not so many covers then. It is no selection of greatest hits, but the album covers the complete production - however, the records can not be fault. The sale of the records was awarded in 1966 by a golden record.
